Kia has unveiled the pricing for the 2025 Sorento Hybrid, showcasing a range of updates that enhance the SUV’s modern appeal and technological features, catering to the evolving needs of today’s digital-savvy consumers.

For the 2025 model year, the Sorento Hybrid boasts a sleeker and more distinctive exterior design, highlighted by standard lighting elements such as Kia’s signature Star Map lighting and amber daytime running lights. New exterior color options include Cityscape Green, Mineral Blue, Interstellar Grey, and Volcanic Sand, complemented by the inviting Dust Blue interior palette. The electrified variant features unique 19-inch alloy wheels, further enhancing its visual appeal.
Inside the cabin, the Sorento Hybrid offers a standard panoramic instrument panel with a 4.3-inch TFT and 12.3-inch screen, while the SX Prestige trim upgrades to a curved panoramic panel with 12.3-inch dual screens. The advanced Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) operating system, with Over The Air (OTA) update capability, provides seamless connectivity and navigation. Standard features include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with conveniently located USB-C ports in all three rows. The SX Prestige trim adds a suede headliner, ventilated front seats, and Advanced Digital Key 2.0 for added convenience.
Powering the Sorento Hybrid is a combination of a 1.6-liter turbocharged Gas Direct Injection (GDI) I-4, 1.5 kWh battery, and 44.2 kW electric motor, delivering a total output of 227 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque via a 6-speed automatic transmission. With an EPA-estimated 36 MPG combined for FWD models, the Sorento Hybrid offers impressive fuel efficiency for long journeys. All-wheel drive is available on the EX trim and standard on the SX Prestige trim, providing enhanced traction for off-road adventures.
Notable driver convenience systems in the 2025 Sorento Hybrid include Smart Cruise Control-Machine Learning (SCC-ML), which adapts to driving style, and Highway Driving Assist 2.0 (HDA-2), designed to assist with maintaining distance from vehicles ahead and lane-keeping on select highways.
