1969 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

1969 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

The second generation Chevrolet Corvair was introduced in 1965. The 1969 model was basically carryover, but with fewer offerings. The lineup was down to three offerings; a 500 coupe, a Monza coupe and a Monza convertible.

This was the last year of Corvair production with the final car, an Olympic Gold Monza coupe, coming off of the Willow Run, Michigan assembly line on May 14, 1969. Only 6,000 Corvairs were produced in 1969 and of that total, only 521 were convertibles. This Corvair convertible is an original example with less than 50 miles on the odometer.
