Cadillac today celebrated another milestone in China with the launch of the first-ever GT4 coupe SUV, new-generation CT6 flagship sedan and upgraded XT4 luxury compact SUV.
The GT4 is the first coupe-style SUV in Cadillac’s portfolio. It joins the upgraded XT4 to compete in the luxury compact SUV segment, one of the largest segments for luxury vehicles in China. As the top-of-the-range model in Cadillac’s rear-wheel-drive luxury sedan family, the new-generation CT6 has evolved to set a new benchmark in the flagship luxury sedan segment.
All three models adopt the brand’s latest design language and are artistically integrated with industry-leading technologies, such as a 33-inch freeform 9K screen and intelligent connectivity, to take the New American Luxury customer experience to the next level.

New-generation CT6: Exceptional refinement and craftsmanship
As the flagship sedan in Cadillac’s New American Luxury rear-wheel-drive sedan portfolio, the new-generation CT6 further expands Cadillac’s performance in the growing large luxury sedan segment in China.
Enabled by an improved rear-wheel-drive platform, the new-generation CT6 is more stylish, sleek and bold than ever before. It has a length of 5,223 mm, width of 1,890 mm and height of 1,473 mm, and a segment-leading 3,109-mm wheelbase, giving it a commanding presence and expressive proportions.
The redesigned grille is a modern interpretation of the classic Cadillac chevron embedded in a highly dynamic parametric pattern and crafted with ultraprecision. The vertical headlamps and taillamps utilize advanced slimline LED technology. New horizontal turn signals radiate outward in a swiping gesture when activated. An all-new full-width center high-mounted stop lamp emphasizes the width of the vehicle in back.
With a signature curved screen, the new-generation CT6’s smart cabin integrates the newest-generation Cadillac user interface in a well-established environment of spaciousness and inviting elegance.
The interior is meticulously crafted with semi-aniline Nappa leather, accent stitching, unique quilted patterns and perforations, highlighting Cadillac’s attention to detail, intricacy and superior craftsmanship of materials. The features include:
- An open pore dark ash wood cluster along with a precision-designed tambour door
- Knurling textured and warm metallic accents throughout to bring depth to the interior design
- AKG speakers with a brushed dark tinted finish over stainless steel, highlighted by bright chrome accents
- Signature Cadillac V-shaped quilting harmoniously applied on seats and door inserts
- 26-color ambient lighting
The new-generation CT6 is offered with the Jet Black and Whisper Beige interior colors, in addition to the Renaissance Red for the first time as a new signature of Cadillac’s premium interior design.
Equipped with enhanced Super Cruise driver assist technology, the new-generation CT6 brings an even more relaxed and convenient driving experience with the addition of lane change on demand and automatic lane changing functionality on compatible roads. Hands-on Lane Centering Assist and Automated Parking Assist are also available to take the intelligent driving experience to the next level with an expanded user scenario.
Thanks to the distinct rear-wheel-drive platform and 50:50 weight distribution, the new-generation CT6 promises the award-winning driving dynamics that Cadillac is known for. Its powerful propulsion system consists of a 2.0L turbocharged engine and segment-only 10-speed transmission, along with an MRC 4.0 suspension for greater maneuvering and confident driving.
The four variants of the new-generation CT6 are priced from RMB 359,700 to RMB 469,700.
