
The Supercharged LSA-Powered 1970 Chevrolet Nova Coupe stands as a sharp example of modern muscle inside a classic shell. Acquired in 2013, this Nova underwent a detailed refurbishment and modification process between 2017 and 2019.

Red Over Black With SS Cues
The body now wears a bright red finish accented by black rally stripes. Photos from the repaint document the transformation during the build. A raised-cowl hood and front air dam sharpen the stance without overwhelming the car’s original lines.

Round headlights, chrome side mirrors, and SS-style emblems keep the period look intact. Quarter vent windows and subtle trim details reinforce the Nova’s late-sixties identity.
Rally Wheels and Chassis Upgrades

Dakota Digital instrumentation replaces factory gauges with a 160-mph speedometer and tachometer. A retro-look digital stereo and Pioneer speakers enhance usability. Vintage Air climate control brings real comfort to summer cruising.

Paddle Shift Control
A Grant steering wheel frames paddle shifters for the six-speed automatic. The digital odometer shows around 1,000 miles since completion of the build. Total mileage remains unknown.

Supercharged 6.2L LSA V8 Performance
At the core sits a supercharged 6.2-liter LSA V8 installed in 2017. This engine, known from modern GM performance models, transforms the Nova into a serious street machine.
