Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is set to unveil the Spectre Semaphore, an extraordinary one-of-one commission, at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, on August 16th during the 2024 Monterey Car Week in California. This bespoke Rolls-Royce Spectre embodies the bold new codes of luxury embraced by the marque’s discerning and youthful clientele.
Spectre Semaphore: A Bespoke Journey
The exterior of the Spectre Semaphore is finished in a striking Bespoke Semaphore Yellow, a hue that defines this unique commission. This vibrant color is complemented by a distinctive artwork on the bonnet, titled ‘Marbled Paint Spill’. Inspired by the informal elegance of coastal California, this abstract design pays homage to the diverse landscapes of the Golden State—from the sunny coasts of Southern California to the silver peaks of the eastern mountains. Creating this motif required over 160 hours of meticulous design and production, with silver lacquer and multiple layers of clearcoat ensuring a flawless, seamless finish.
Inside, the Spectre Semaphore continues to impress with a bold use of color. The cabin features a blend of Bespoke Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow across the seats, Starlight doors, and instrument panel, which harmonizes with Grace White and Slate Grey hues highlighted by Lemon Yellow stitching. The SPIRIT operating system enhances this bespoke experience by tailoring the dials to match the vehicle’s yellow color scheme.
The interior suite showcases contemporary design with a high-polish Bespoke painted wood set in Cashmere Grey, infused with silver mica flakes for a sparkling effect under direct light. This meticulous attention to detail underscores the Spectre Semaphore’s status as a truly exclusive creation.
Only one Rolls-Royce Spectre Semaphore will be produced, making its global debut at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, as part of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ showcase at Monterey Car Week 2024.
