Porsche Macan 4S EV (2025): A New Benchmark in Electric Performance

The 2025 Porsche Macan 4S is set to redefine the electric SUV segment with its powerful performance and advanced technology. Positioned between the Macan 4 and the Macan Turbo, the Macan 4S combines the best of both worlds, delivering exceptional power and handling.

At the heart of the Macan 4S is a new rear-axle motor equipped with a 600-amp SiC pulse inverter. This motor, along with a front-axle motor used in the Macan 4 and Turbo, generates a system output of 330 kW (448 PS), with a short overboost capability of up to 380 kW (516 PS). The maximum torque is an impressive 820 Nm, allowing the Macan 4S to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.1 seconds and achieve a top speed of 240 km/h.

The Macan 4S features Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as standard, enhancing its dynamic performance and comfort. Additional features include adaptive air suspension with leveling and adjustment, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), and rear-axle steering. These technologies ensure the Macan 4S offers exceptional handling and stability, making it a pleasure to drive on any road.

Like its sibling, the Macan 4S is built on Porsche’s 800-volt Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture, enabling a DC charging capacity of up to 270 kW. The high-voltage battery can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 21 minutes at a suitable fast-charging station.

The Macan 4S also benefits from Porsche’s new Driver Experience system, which includes a 12.6-inch curved display, a 10.9-inch passenger display, a head-up display with augmented reality, and customizable ambient lighting. This advanced system provides an intuitive and engaging driving experience.

The Macan 4S is available for order now, with prices in Germany starting at 90,700 Euros, including VAT and country-specific equipment. Deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of the year.
