Chevrolet Silverado: A Decade of Dominance Among U.S. Hispanic Buyers

The Chevrolet Silverado has been the best-selling full-size pickup truck among U.S. Hispanic buyers for the 10th consecutive year, according to S&P Global Mobility’s new personal U.S. vehicle registrations for calendar years 2014-2023.

“This milestone is a great accomplishment for the brand,” said Amy Masica, marketing director, Chevrolet Trucks. “We know our customers depend on capable, reliable trucks from a brand they trust, and we are proud Chevrolet Silverado continues to deliver.”

Chevrolet remains the third best-selling brand among U.S. Hispanics, with this segment’s unit growth mirroring the total market trend at 7.1%. Overall, Chevrolet retail sales increased by 11% from 2022 to 2023.

The Chevrolet Silverado offers nine unique trims, providing Hispanic customers with versatile options to meet various needs and lifestyles — from daily commuting to off-road adventures. The 2024 Silverado features the standard TurboMax engine, delivering impressive power and a best-in-class 430 lb-ft of torque.
