Bentley Unveils New Badge Ahead of Concept Reveal

Bentley is ushering in a bold new chapter with the 2025 Bentley Winged B emblem, revealing a reimagined identity that speaks to both heritage and innovation. Crafted in-house and inspired by over a century of design evolution, this emblem sets the tone for the future of the brand.

The new Winged B will debut on a yet-to-be-seen concept car, giving us the first glimpse into Bentley’s upcoming design language. The reveal will coincide with the opening of the brand’s state-of-the-art Design Studio in Crewe, England.

A New Chapter for the Bentley Identity

This new emblem is only the fifth major change to Bentley’s iconic mark since 1919. Designed under the guidance of Robin Page, Bentley’s Director of Design, it signals a more confident and refined future. A design competition among the internal team led to the final concept, envisioned by Young Nam from the Interior Design department.

The result is a more dramatic and aerodynamic shape. Gone are the lower feathers, leaving a cleaner silhouette. The wings now mirror the sharpness of a Peregrine Falcon mid-flight, emphasizing movement and modernity.

Precision Design: The Details That Matter

The center of the emblem retains the recognizable ‘B’ jewel but now features a redesigned aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from high-end watchmaking, it includes a bevelled glass edge and a chamfered metallic surround. This new form gives it the versatility to stand alone without the wings and still command presence.

From every angle, the emblem feels more premium and deliberate. It was made to not just represent Bentley, but to elevate it.

Honoring the Past, Driving into the Future

Bentley’s Winged B has always symbolized speed, excellence, and craftsmanship. The original 1919 design by F. Gordon Crosby stood as a testament to innovation. With each version, from the 1931 symmetric badge to the expressive 2002 iteration, Bentley has honored its roots while embracing change.

The 2025 redesign does more than pay tribute, it paves a new road ahead. The concept car that wears this new badge will serve as a design manifesto for Bentley’s next generation of vehicles, inspired by one of the brand’s iconic models from the past.

A Future Concept, a New Design Language

Although the concept vehicle won’t be production-bound, its design will influence the future look and feel of Bentley cars. It’s a bold showcase of where the brand is headed, pairing digital simplicity with traditional craftsmanship.

The car, to be revealed on 8 July, will be the first to proudly carry the updated wings. The location is fitting: Crewe, Bentley’s historic home, where a new Design Studio is being inaugurated just a day before.

A Statement of Motion, Made Modern

Design isn’t just about aesthetics, it tells a story. Robin Page puts it perfectly: “The new emblem is cleaner, sharper and more impactful.” In a world moving faster than ever, Bentley’s decision to simplify and refine speaks volumes.

Every detail of the new emblem is deliberate. It respects the past, but refuses to remain in it.

Summary

The 2025 Bentley Winged B emblem is more than a new logo, it’s a declaration. A declaration that Bentley is evolving. With sharper lines, luxury-inspired detailing, and a nod to its century-long legacy, the new Winged B sets the stage for a future grounded in design excellence and innovation. The unveiling of the future concept car will make this direction even clearer.
