Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has officially opened the order books for three new ID. Buzz variants: the practical 7-seat model, the high-performance GTX, and the GTX 7-seat model.
ID. Buzz 7-Seat: Spacious and Versatile The 7-seat ID. Buzz, built on a longer wheelbase, offers increased space and an extended all-electric range. Priced from £59,545 OTR, this family-friendly variant features an 86kWh battery providing a WLTP range of up to 291 miles. The vehicle supports rapid DC charging, enabling a 10-80% charge in just 26 minutes. Deliveries for the 7-seat model are expected to begin in early Autumn 2024.
ID. Buzz GTX: Performance and Power The flagship ID. Buzz GTX, available from £67,435 OTR, is the most powerful model in the lineup. It boasts two electric motors delivering 340PS and 4MOTION four-wheel drive. With a 79kWh battery, the GTX accelerates from 0-62mph in just 6.1 seconds and offers a WLTP range of 262 miles. The longer wheelbase GTX, priced from £67,945 OTR, features an 86kWh battery, extending the range to 295 miles and increasing the 0-62mph sprint time to 6.5 seconds. Both GTX models have a towing capacity of up to 1,800kg, making them ideal for outdoor pursuits.
Generous Equipment and Customization Options All new ID. Buzz models come with a comprehensive list of standard features. The 7-seat model includes 19″ alloy wheels, LED headlights, a 12.9″ touchscreen navigation system, and a host of safety features such as Autonomous Emergency Braking and Adaptive Cruise Control. The GTX model adds luxury touches such as a panoramic glass roof, 21″ black alloy wheels, and a Harman Kardon Premium sound system.
Financing and Special Offers The ID. Buzz Life 7-seat 286 PS 86kWh Pro is available from £409 per month with 4.9% APR representative on a 48-month Personal Contract Plan (PCP). Additionally, customers can benefit from Volkswagen’s partnership with OVO, offering discounted home charging rates and up to 10,000 free EV miles.
