Supplied new on 11th May 1989 by Emblem Sports Cars of Dorset to a Ferrari collector from Cornwall. Specified in Nero FER1240 with Beige 4208 interior with Nero dashboard and Castoro carpets. Options included air conditioning, rear aerofoil and Anti-lock brakes.
Shortly after taking delivery and with just 556 miles on the odometer, the first owner decommissioned the car. It was placed on a hydraulic lift in a heated garage where it would remain for the next 25 years. Since then the car has been throughly recommissioned by one of the country’s leading authorities on classic Ferrari’s. This included overhauling the brake servo, fuel metering unit and shock absorbers along with a major service. The car has covered just 40 miles since, bringing the current total up to just 596!
Offered complete with all original handbooks in their leather pouch, jack and toolkits, spare keys and the storage bag for the removable roof panel. This must surely be the finest example available anywhere today. A time-warp vehicle which offers a unique opportunity.
